What exactly are"support services"? And why are these important?

   Our critical mission is to provide the highest quality, professional, security alarm monitoring. We do as we operate "seamlessly" as an "extension" of the dealer's operation. Beyond this, on the very next level, we define our role as complementing a dealer's operations and helping a dealer to meet the objectives that they have set for themselves. Whatever we can do to enhance, simplify, extend, maintain, and strengthen the position and operation of an ARC Authorized Dealer, this is our interest and our purpose. We go beyond monitoring - we support the goals of the dealer. This is "support services."

"It's all about service!"

     Because we have a sizable base, obtaining and providing for key services becomes easier. With many dealers interested in services that can help their operations and simplify an increasingly complex business, the match is obvious and positive. ARC becomes, then, a service platform to provide a menu of services from which a dealer can choose - services they define as beneficial to them. Dealers can choose services geared to the size and scope of their operations and geared to their specific needs. Each Affiliated Service Provider has an agreement with ARC to provide ARC Authorized Dealers with their pledge of "Best Price and Best Service."
